Refund Policy

At Yorkshire Car Care, we aim to provide a high-quality and reliable service. We understand that sometimes plans change, so this policy explains your rights and our procedures for refunds and cancellations.
 

1. Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before your appointment:
    You may cancel your booking free of charge. Any prepayments will be refunded in full.

  • Less than 24 hours before your appointment:
    A cancellation fee of 25% may apply to cover the time slot reserved for you.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows):
    No refund will be issued for missed appointments without prior notice.

     

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your booking without charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
     

3. Refunds

We will issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • Cancellation within the allowed time frame

  • We are unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances

  • You are unsatisfied with the service and contact us within 48 hours to discuss your concerns (refunds in this case are at our discretion)

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 5 business days.
 

4. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person

  • Special promotions or discounted services may be non-refundable (this will be stated at the time of booking)

6. Your Consumer Rights
